Conviction of Kensington Hospital
The British research institute “London’s Imperial College” was convicted to a penalty of 38.250 euros because it incurred its employees to the risk or contamination with the hybrid virus of the C hepatitis. The London institution pleaded guilty for the both accusations. Non-observance of the rules regarding the protection of employees and of the principles stated by the legislation on the genetic modified bodies, concerning the microbiological practices.
